LDTeleCom maintains a number of strategic relationships with various clearinghouses/carriers that enable it to expand the reach of its global
network without having to incur capital costs or the cost of overseas personnel to maintain and manage hardware. These relationships provide LDTeleCom with a broader origination/termination presence in key geographical areas. These relationships are non-binding and non-exclusive and normally have an indefinite term that can be ended by either party.
