LDTeleCommunications, Inc. (“LDTeleCom”) is a new kind of communications Company, a technology company delivering enhanced communications solutions to individuals and Small and Medium size Enterprises (“SMEs”) in shared tenant environments in Latin America. The Company is using an integrated Internet Protocol (IP) based architecture to deliver converged voice and data over a single platform with seamless integration and delivery to shared tenant environments. Shared tenant environments (“STEs”) allow LDTeleCom the opportunity to deploy a complete and cost effective communication solution to an extensive range of companies reducing the Company’s customer acquisition costs.
LDTeleCom is capitalizing on the benefits of Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) and softswitch technologies to provide its costumers a converged network solution that combines voice, fax and video over a single digital network. LDTeleCom provides the expertise and know-how to allow quick implementation of VoIP solutions that reduce corporations’ overall telecom costs and increase functionality.
Additionally, LDTeleCom provides wholesale services to Internet Telephony Service Providers and telecommunication carriers to further utilize its network capacity. |
